Jake and Anna’s two day wedding on Madeline Island starts tomorrow, and Barb & I could not be more excited!! There will hopefully (weather dependent) be cliff diving . These two are very adventurous – so I cannot wait to see what their wedding is like! I got to visit Jake and Anna earlier this year for their engagement session, and it, of course, poured rain. Katie & Matt’s wedding at Dillman’s Bay Resort on Sand Lake Lac Du Flambeau started out with a definite threat of rain, but cleared up just in time for the ceremony. It then proceeded to pour for a large part of the tented reception – making for some very cool light! The resort is such an awesome spot for a self contained wedding in Northern Wisconsin – Katie & Matt got married on the point jutting out into Sand Lake, and then had their reception in a tent up on the main grounds of the resort. Tomorrow Barb & I will be heading down to Minneapolis for Molly & Chris’s wedding at the Basilica. We are so excited to shoot for this EXTREMELY fun couple.
